Your days will look like this…

Threading through the retreat will be chances to connect with your authentic flow to step into your feminine power through movement, time to read your book, go for a walk or connect with the other retreat guests.

Each morning, you’ll move with Taryn to nourish your body and mind through energizing Pilates or Barre. In the evenings, we’ll soften into relaxation with our signature Yinlates and Massage - a restorative blend of Pilates, yin yoga, and hands-on massage.

Throughout the day, Jess will share her deep expertise in women’s health, guiding you through confidence-building strength training workshops in the gym. She’ll also host a dedicated session on nutrition, helping you understand how to fuel and support your body in a way that truly serves you.

What's Included

Rest and restore in the countryside

Nestled in the heart of Woodhall Spa, Lincolnshire our retreat home will be our sanctuary for 3 nights and 4 days.
Set upon its own private lake and featuring outdoor spaces including our very own beach. A large covered south facing terrace overlooking the lake making it the ideal spot for chic outdoor dining in Autumn.
Enjoy time relaxing in the hot tubs or around the fire pit. There are picturesque walks or if you don’t want to wander too far you could visit the chickens, goats and donkeys on site.

Move your body, relax your mind and feel well

Each morning we will be moving together to nourish our body and mind through Pilates or Barre and each evening we will be softening into a beautiful Yinlates and massage (our signature blend of restorative Pilates, yin yoga and massage).
Throughout the day we will be hosting workshops such as strength training in the gym and nutrition for women.
Nourishing Food

Our retreats offer a sanctuary where nourishing dining meets holistic wellness, with soul-loving food at its heart.
Our meals will delight the senses and nurture the body, combining wholesome, fresh ingredients with mindful preparation. Here, every bite supports health, balance, and a deeper connection to self, creating an experience that feeds both body and soul.
