We begin each day with a morning Pilates class led by Taryn—energising, fun and open to all levels. You’ll move in gorgeous indoor and outdoor spaces, surrounded by the calm of the island. As the sun sets, we wind down with gentle stretching and meditation, sometimes on the rooftop for an unforgettable golden hour.

Indulge in a fresh Mediterranean menu made with seasonal, organic produce from the island’s farms. Think sweet tomatoes, juicy fruits and the most wonderful artisan products—each dish crafted to nourish your body with vibrant flavours and soul-soothing goodness.

On the last night we'll head out for supper in one of the gorgeous local restaurants (this is not included in the price of the retreat).
