During the day you'll have time to do whatever sets your soul alight. Relax, bike, read a book, swim, walk or run, go wine tasting or visit the beach.

The retreat will involve a dynamic Pilates class to start your day in the best way. In the evening we will end the day with a restful and relaxing restorative class to help you wind down for a blissful sleep.

We might even practice on the rooftop for a deeper sense of vitality and a unique experience. In between classes you'll have all the time in the world to do whatever your heart desires.

Known as the ‘Florence of the South’, this coastal region is beloved by travellers and locals alike. Our Puglia retreat is hosted in a gorgeous farmhouse, also known as a masseria. Stone archways, generous rooms and breathtaking garden views ensure energised mornings and deep slumbers.

The masseria’s indoor Pilates studio and garden pergola are the perfect places to wake up our bodies. We welcome each day with a morning Pilates and movement class. Taryn will guide you through an energising session that’s tailored to all levels. At dusk, we wind down an hour of gentle stretching and meditation on the rooftop terrace.
The Puglia retreat is inclusive of three chef-prepared meals a day.

Indulge in a bespoke Italian menu that draws on seasonal ingredients from local markets. Each meal is curated to nourish your body with a balance of essential nutrients and delicious flavours.

The Mirto room, with a double view of the internal courtyard and the vineyards of the farm, has been carefully restored and offers a stay in full harmony with the nature that surrounds it. Ash wood furnishings, natural fabrics and warm lights give it a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere.

Limone

The Limone room has an independent access from the garden, right in front of the old tobacco factory. The stone chianche floor and the tuff walls frame modern ash wood furnishings, designer lamps and natural fabrics. The atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable, and the silence of the countryside is regenerating.

Ulivo

Located on the first floor, in the eighteenth-century part of the farmhouse, the Ulivo room offers a 180-degree view of the surrounding vineyards and olive groves. In the past, the room was used as a residence for the farmers, and has been restored using cement tiles and materials typical of that period. It has a private terrace, which offers breathtaking sunsets and from which the view extends over a horizon that seems to never end.

Mandorlo

Located on the ground floor, with a double view of the vineyards and the courtyard with swimming pool, the Mandorlo suite, with its large spaces and high ceilings offers a comfortable and pleasant accommodation. The extra-large bathroom has a large stone bathtub. The natural ash wood furnishings, linen and jute fabrics and designer lamps give it a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere.

Located on the first floor, in the eighteenth-century part of the farmhouse, the Malva room offers a view as far as the eye can see of the estate's vineyards and the Mediterranean scrub of the surrounding countryside. It has a private terrace, where you can relax with a glass of Salento rosé, admire the sunrise and enjoy the cool summer evenings.
