Greece Retreat
29th September - 3rd October 2027
Sun-kissed serenity
starts here
Join me for a 4-night Pilates retreat on the beautiful Greek island of Zakynthos.
Perched above the sparkling Ionian Sea, our beautiful villa offers the perfect setting to step away from everyday life for a few days. Warm sunshine, breathtaking views, wonderful women and the chance to simply slow down.
I can't think of a more beautiful way to welcome autumn.
Your days will look like this...
Each morning will begin with an energising Pilates and movement class, followed by a delicious breakfast prepared by our wonderful in-house chef.
The rest of the day is yours.
Spend it by the pool, wander to the nearby beaches, explore the local cafés and shops, book yourself a massage, enjoy an optional boat trip, or simply settle down with a good book and soak up the sunshine.
As the sun begins to set, we'll come back together for one of my favourite parts of the day - Yinlates. A gentle blend of stretching, breathwork and meditation before another beautiful evening spent around the table together.
There are no strict schedules here. If you'd rather stay by the pool a little longer or enjoy a slower morning, you're more than welcome to. This retreat is yours to enjoy in whatever way feels right for you.

A retreat is not a holiday where you just have a break... I see a retreat as a purposeful getaway where you have full intention of nourishing every corner of your being. It's uninterrupted time for you to tend to whatever you need away from to-do lists and people needing things from you. You'll escape (in a good way!) from the humdrum of normal life which can sometimes leave us feeling unfulfilled and flat. It will set you up with so many tools that will help you win at life back home. You get whisked off to beautiful locations built around 'feeling well'. You can unapologetically rest and be fully looked after by me and my team. I love working with women and empowering them to see their worth. So these retreats are for you if you want to welcome more feminine energy into your life such as stillness, softness, simplicity, community, clarity and decompression from all the demands of the day to day.

I want everyone's stay to be as comfortable as possible so we offer single rooms, twin rooms and on occasion triple and quad rooms depending on the retreat venue which are perfect for you to share with your mum/daughter/bestie, there are also opportunities for those who don't want to splash out so much but want to get the benefits of a retreat by sharing with others. I will match you with the perfect roomie for the retreat time.
Cost is very important to me because I am a very conscious buyer myself. I offer bespoke payment plans and I do try to bring any new retreats out as soon as I can so you have plenty of time to pay and spread the cost. Usually a £250 deposit secures your place and those who like to secure fast and pay the full balance can also do that, so you don't have to think about it until we go!

We have a loose schedule so people know what they're up and when we're eating/doing Pilates but every single thing on retreat is optional and I will repeat this many times during our time together so you don't feel guilty for doing your own thing. Two of my values are 'simplicity' and 'flow' so I organise my retreats with those in mind. I love to keep it simple but if something presents itself that sounds fun then I will try to bring that to the retreat too! If you're keen to laze and lounge for the few days we are there then you do you! If you're an explorer then go ahead, I celebrate whatever it is you need.
As for what's included; this would be all classes, food and your stay at the venue, most workshops if there are any. You'll just have to add on any personal day trips, flights, insurance, transfers (unless stated).

Absolutely! In fact I think coming alone is a hugely expansive experience. You've got no one to please, only yourself. I am a huge fan of solo travel in whatever form it comes (abroad or staying in the UK). It teaches you so much and joining a retreat is such a safe way to do it. The great thing about a retreat is that it's luxury solo travel with other likeminded women - best of both worlds! But also travelling with your bestie/family member is a lovely bonding experience which will also allow ‘me time’ weaved in.
